If the product was damaged during shipping we will send out a replacement product along with a prepaid address label for you to return the damaged product.?If the product produced irregular reactions you may return the Eminence product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts pieces and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be at least 75% full. We recommend that you use a shipping method that tracks your return and / or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail.
Returns within 30 days for any unopened products or exchanges for a different product are subject to a 15% processing fee. We will only accept products that were purchased from First Feather Day Spa.
All returns must contain a copy of your invoice with a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) that we provide you written on the invoice.
To qualify for your RMA number from First Feather Day Spa call us . Once we review the request for your return and approve it we will contact you.
We will notify you via phone or e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. a refund will be made in the same manner of payment as originally purchased withing 7 days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges .
Please note product is imported and can take 7-10 days for delivery.
